your order will be carried out by us with the greatest possible care. the delivery time is determined in consultation, because sometimes a lamp has to be specially made and that always takes a little longer. there is no right to compensation if the actual delivery takes longer.

we can be reached via whatsapp or email from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. we may not always be available immediately, but leave your details and we will call or text you back.

the prices of our products are subject to change without notice. we reserve the right to change or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice. we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of your product to return a​​ request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition and original packaging as you received it and with the sales receipt or proof of purchase.

 

if you want to return a product, you must first contact maf atelier via hello@mafatelier.com. After consultation about the return, you will receive instructions for the return after acceptance of the return.  if you do not do this, the return will not be accepted.

sale items, gift vouchers and custom lamps and lampshades cannot be returned.  

 

once the return has been received, inspected and accepted by us, an automatic refund will be made to your original payment method.
